All hosting accounts have at least the following:

• Free domain name hosting.
• 24/7 ftp access.
• PHP scripting support.
• Password protected directory facility: easily protect directories that you don't want regular visitors to view.
• Hotlink protection.
• Custom Error Pages.
• High speed servers.
• A large library of free support scripts, from blogs and wikis to shopping carts and CMS.
• The option of your own dedicated IP address (or multiple addresses). (not to be confused with domain name) a dedicated IP address is only required if you need to certificate your site for secure https access.
• Complete email hosting facility with secure access to SMTP, POP3 and IMAP.
• Email forwarders, auto responders, and mailing list support.
• Full Web mail access via Horde Groupware Webmail.
• SpamAssassin anti-spam system and spam blocking system.

For each package we offer:

• A simple fixed fee per year - our prices are so low that a monthly payment option just doesn't make sense.
• A space limit for data you can store
• A bandwidth limit, which is the maximum amount of data the site can transfer per month.
• An option for a dedicated IP at $120 per year extra for the first IP and $50 thereafter.

Email support is free, and is answered during Australian business hours, Monday to Friday. Note that this is not the same support as for our web design clients: web design clients may purchase additional support options.

• You can upgrade your package at any time if you decide you need to.
• There is a $50 administration fee for performing an upgrade.
• You can only downgrade your package once your current package expires.
• Parked domains are alternate names for your main domain.
• Addon domains are arbitrary domain names mapped to a sub-directory of your main domain.

Bronze Web Hosting Package

Designed for a small business site with basic scripting features. The space allowance is more than sufficient for most small business sites that do not need a database or video streams.

This cheap web hosting package gives you PHP and email support; there is no MySQL or SSL facility. A full cPanel X Control Panel management interface is provided.

Silver Web Hosting Package

Designed for an eCommerce site on a budget. There's scripting and database support, and you can install a wide variety of existing PHP scripts or write your own. The space allowance is sufficient to allow substantial product and client databases.

This cheap web hosting package gives you PHP, MySQL and email support. You may have up to five parked domains and five sub-domains each.

Gold Web Hosting Package

Designed for a large eCommerce site with full scripting and database support. You can install a huge variety of scripts using the Fantastico system. The space allowance is sufficient for large product and client databases and the bandwidth allowance appropriate for a high traffic site.

This affordable web hosting package gives you a large space allowance, PHP, PERL, TCL, Python, MySQL, optional Frontpage extensions and email support. SSL, is available for a small additional charge. You may have up to ten parked domains, ten sub-domains and ten add-on domains each.

Platinum Web Hosting Package

Designed for very high traffic eCommerce sites, this package offers a massive range of features combined with a very large space allowance and large bandwidth allocation. Essentially the same as the Gold service, with the addition of more space and bandwidth allowance, this package stacks up very favourably when compared to the business site hosting offered by the major ISPs.

There's enough space and bandwidth allowance to host streaming video or audio, or to provide direct downloads of software products.

This package gives you a large space allowance, PHP, PERL, TCL, Python, MySQL, optional Frontpage extensions and email support. SSL is available on request for a small additional charge. You may have up to ten parked domains, unlimited sub-domains and ten add-on domains.

Most well-constructed sites do not consume huge amounts of bandwidth unless they are extremely popular or serve large amounts of digital media or online product downloads. If your site is popular enough to require more than the 50GB per month allowance of the Platinum package, we can almost certainly make arrangements to accommodate you at a very reasonable price. We can offer services extending up to multiple dedicated servers per site if need be.

Of course, the major ISPs all promise top quality support. We think our support is good too, though we only answer emails during Australian business hours and not '24/7', the turnaround on support questions is usually rapid, but more importantly, our support is staffed by people with expert technical knowledge, not somebody on the other side of the world following a script who is simply being paid to waste your time.
